Coordination with Architects and Design Teams
We have a team of experienced architects who work closely with principal architects, designers, PMC teams, and clients. This collaboration allows us to identify potential issues early in the design phase, ensuring that solutions are implemented prior to the execution stage.
Material Sampling and Selection
We provide material samples and a
comprehensive sample board featuring wood, veneers, laminates, and
stones. Supporting international architects and designers, we source
and select materials from local suppliers to meet global hospitality
standards in India.
Flooring Pattern Optimization
We prepare accurate shop drawings for
flooring patterns, considering available slab sizes to minimize
material wastage and optimize the use of stone or tiles.
Prototype Development for Loose Furniture
Prior to final production, we develop
prototypes of all loose furniture to assess comfort, strength, and
overall feasibility. This ensures the final product meets both
functional and aesthetic requirements.
Pre-Assembly of Fixed Furniture
We streamline the manufacturing process
by fabricating fixed furniture in our factory and delivering it to
the site in a ready-to-install condition. This saves valuable time

Civil Opening Verification

Vestibule and Area Height Coordination
We perform detailed coordination checks
on vestibules and other critical areas to confirm available ceiling
heights and ensure compatibility with the design requirements
Toilet and Critical Area Coordination
We ensure precise coordination of
finishes and other critical elements in toilet areas and similar
spaces, ensuring that all specifications are met in terms of
material selection, placement, and overall design integrity.
Issue Resolution Before Execution
